Does anyone recall a mod that was released temporarily onto the steam workshop for Rome II, that added an Ahistorical Japanese faction. I was wondering if anyone does in-fact recall this mod and it's author and if by chance they do if they could please drop the authors name here, as they too had a great reskin for the Wrath Of Sparta campaign which i quite enjoyed and failed to back up before the mods subsequently disappeared from the workshop. Thank you.

i decided to try it. on turn 10 i being attacked by 6 people. i had a slave uprising. i had almost NO income. i had a food shortage and i only had my capitol left being besieged by several 20 stacks. i am playing on the DEFAULT NORMAL GAMEMODE.

Terminator, are they ever gonna make a medieval pagan revolution mod? I heard of a small group of people who still worshipped the old gods in early medieval times, and were dependants of the Spartans. A medieval mid where you can lead them and possibly take over Byzantium to mage a pagan empire sounds amazing to me.

Tried this mod with mongol faction to me its terrible public order is bad unit sizes to small and no victory conditions

Hi Terminator, are the mod tools for the campaign map that has been developed for atilla easily transferable to rtw 2? That one is much better optimized (scalable ui for example XD), even if atilla outshines it graphically.

They created the Islamic units incorrectly in terms of fashion and ethnicity. They do not know that there are huge Bedouin Arab tribes, individual civilized tribes, and independent Arab emirates east of the sacred kingdom of Yit. This mod is disgusting like the rest of the mods. They do not add anything real to the map

At the very least CA should remaster Med1 or 2.

I agree with other sentiments in thinking they should just do a Medieval II remastered and let the moders have at it. I am totally turned off by the Warhammer series and I like Troy/Pharaoh and I believe they should have been one game with old Total War mechanics. Just release the full mod tools at this point and go off into your Warhammer paradise CA and leave us serious gamers to our own devices. Troy should have been a game similar to Rome II and Pharaoh should have been an Atilla continuation or DLC to continue the Bronze Age.

Do they have custom city maps that represent the era? Or are they just standard Rome 2 cities like 1212 has for Atilla?

I love 1100 AD beyond 1212 AD which is a great mod. Will have to try Anno Domini and am playing Divide Impera as Kush.. Will you now be able to develop naval units as Kush in1100 AD. That was the main thing lacking for me. It is the same way in 1212 AD. Playing Divide Impera... the naval aspect really makes a difference.
